Mr. Robert Panipilla\, a prominent marine researcher\, environmental activist\, and author based in Thiruvananthapuram\, Kerala\, will be the resource person. He is the Founder of Friends of Marine Life (FML)\, a citizen-science-based non-profit organisation aimed at documenting the marine ecology and underwater heritage of the Thiruvananthapuram coast.
