Acta Marthomia, the PG Journal of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, invites original research papers and review articles from post-graduate students of all disciplines.

  • Only PG students may submit papers.

  • All submissions must be co-authored with the supervising faculty / teacher in charge.

    • The PG student must be the first (primary) author.

    • The faculty supervisor must be a co-author.

Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Format

  • MS Word (.doc/.docx), A4, Times New Roman, 12 pt, line spacing 1.5

  • Title Page: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Email

  • Abstract: 150–250 words

  • Keywords: 4–6

  • Main sections (suggested): Introduction, Methodology / Review Framework, Results & Discussion, Conclusion

  • Word limit :  2000 to 5000 words.

  • References must be in APA format.

Language

  • English

Peer Review Policy

  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer review process.

  • Acceptance is based on originality, clarity, academic quality, and relevance.

  • Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewer and editorial feedback prior to final acceptance and publication.

  • Authors should declare the use and nature of AI tools in the preparation of the article or the work presented.

Important Conditions

  • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

  • Articles must not be previously published or under review elsewhere.

  • Compulsory co-authorship with the respective supervising faculty is required.
