Basic Self-Defence

The Women Empowerment Cell, Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), is organizing a session titled Basic Self-Defence under the theme “Empowering One Another.”
The session will be led by Ms. Sean Ann Kuruvilla, Second BA English, a trained martial arts practitioner.
