To provide an opportunity to discuss the thoughts and feelings about any issue that the students face in everyday life, the college provides the service of a counsellor at the Counselling Centre. The service of the counsellor helps them to explore and understand better the intricacies of the workings of their minds in a professional and confidential setting.

Rev. Dr. Joe Joseph Kuruvilla was the counsellor of the college. Students avail of the facilities of group counselling sessions pertaining to topics of general concern. Students who face personal issues are identified and individual sessions are convened so that their problems are sorted out. The counsellor’s presence in the campus makes him accessible to the college community and students are free to approach him and speak up. This has been of great effect as over the years students have testified how they could effectively tackle the issues that they deal with.
