We, the Department of Physics, Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla are pleased to invite you all for a talk on “Inside your Body: Introduction to the Magic of MRI and Medical Imaging” by Prof. Mathews Jacob, Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, University of Virginia in online mode via Zoom at 8:00 pm on 13 Dec 2024 (Friday).

Prof Jacob is heading the Computational Biomedical Imaging Group (CBIG). He is currently the associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging and has served as the associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging from 2016-20. He was elected as a Fellow of the IEEE (2022) for contributions to computational biomedical imaging.
