The Counselling Centre Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla and Jeevani Centre for well being is organising an interactive session with the first PG students of the Chemistry department on October 09 2025. A class titled, “Less stress, better focus: a new way to learn” will be led by Janet Mariyam Thomas, College psychologist at 9:30 a.m. in the first PG Classroom
