Guidelines for the competition:-
1. Teams comprising of two members from any departments can participate.
2. The salads can be made from vegetables, fruits, pulses, grains or by the combination of any of the above categories.
3. Herbs and other nutrient dense natural toppings can be used.
4. Participants will have a time limit of 30 minutes for setting and presenting their salads.
5. Participants should bring all materials on their own including utensils, knives and cutting boards.
6. Judging criteria will include nutritional value, creativity, taste and presentation of the salad.
