Sharpen Your Focus: Strategies for Effective Learning

The Counselling Centre in association with the Department of Economics, Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, is organizing a session titled Sharpen Your Focus: Strategies for Effective Learning on 4th August 2025 from 11:15 am to 12:30 pm in Room F17. The session will be led by Ms. Karuna Elsy Thomas, Student Counsellor, and is intended for second and third year degree students. The session will focus on improving concentration, managing distractions, and developing effective strategies for academic success.
