The College Union organised Youth festival on February 17, 18, 24 and 25.

College union conducted Valentine’s day celebration on 13th February 2025 at 2 pm in the campus.Students showcased their talents in dance and music. Competition like love letter writing competition and pick-up line competition.

The College Union conducted a special movie show for fund raising on 10th February 2025.The union has decided to donate a stretcher to the Avanipara tribal village with the fund raised through the movie show.

In relation with the untimely death of playback singer P Jayachandran, the union conducted a commemorative programme on January 20. Shri. Aravind Shankar, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics inaugurated the event and students sung songs rendered by P Jayachandran.

In relation with the untimely death of M T Vasudevan Nair, the union conducted commemorative programme on 6th January 2025. Dr. Ajesh K Zacharia, Head of the chemistry department inaugurated the event and MT’s first movie was projected in the media centre.

College union had celebrated Christmas and New year with the tribal families in Avanipara-Konni on 4th January 2025. They had been provided with food kits which we collected for them. There was total 37 families residing there.

On 21st October 2024 college union have officially taken the oath in front of all the students and teachers. Our college principal administered the oath to the chairperson and the chairperson for the remaining union members.As a remarkable event and achievement the union planted a mango sapling in the open air space near the stage.
