Aspire to Lead Change? – Interactive Session

The Placement Cell & IQAC of Mar Thoma College Tiruvalla, in collaboration with Amritha IAS, organized an interactive session titled ‘Aspire to Lead Change?’ on January 29, 2025. The session was conducted at Dr. Alexander Mar Thoma Memorial Seminar Hall and was designed primarily for final-year UG and PG students.The session commenced at 1:30 PM with a welcome address by Dr. Angel Susan Cherian, Convener, Placement Cell. She highlighted the importance of career guidance and civil service preparation for students aspiring to contribute to society through administrative roles. Mr. Joseph Paul, Senior Faculty at Amritha IAS, led the session with an engaging presentation on the significance of IAS and the structured approach required for its preparation. He elaborated on the eligibility criteria, examination pattern, essential study strategies, and the role of perseverance in achieving success in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Mr. Arjun, Director of Amritha IAS, also addressed the gathering, elaborating on the support and resources available for IAS aspirants through their institute.
