Change Can Change Climate Change

A two-day National Conference on Climate Change titled ‘C5-Change Can Change Climate Change’ was organized in the College from 24th to 25th January, 2020. The conference was inaugurated by Dr V S Vijayan, former chairman Kerala State Biodiversity Board and Member, Gadgil Committe. Classes were engaged by experts from different research and scientific institutions including Dr Roxy Mathew Koll, Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, Pune, Dr Suresh Babu, VSSC, Trivandrum, Dr K G Padmakumar, IRTC, Kuttanad, Dr C P Shaji, former member Kerala State Biodiversity Board and Dr Joy Elamon, KILA Director. The conference was convened by the NSS unit of the College in association with Directorate of Environment and Climate Change, Govt. of Kerala. Prof. Manesh Jacob, NSS programme officer served as the convener.
