Career Orientation Programme on Medical Coding and Hospital Administration

The Department of Zoology is organizing a Career Orientation Programme for students of the Science Departments on “Medical Coding and Hospital Administration.”The session will be led by Ms. Neethu Varghese, Managing Director, Anton’s MediCode, on 15 July 2026 (Wednesday) at 11:30 a.m. in the Golden Jubilee Seminar Hall, Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla.The programme will also introduce a 9-month add-on course in Medical Coding and Hospital Administration. The course is offered at a nominal fee, which can be paid in convenient instalments.

Thampy Kurian Endowment Fund- Excellence Award

Mr. Thampy Kurien a former student of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla and a resident of 43 Delaney Street, Stow, Massachusetts 01775 USA endowed a corpus amount Rs. 15,000,00 as gratitude to his alma mater. Endowment has been made with the sole aim of promoting meaningful academic pursuit among students thereby enhancing name and fame of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla among other premier institutions in the country and abroad. Endowment is meant for one student in second or third year of four year UG (Honours) programme or second year of UG degree programme and one student in the second year of any PG programme. The total number of awardees in a year shall be limited to two.
