Global Terrarium Meet-up

A Global Terrarium Meet-up was organised by the Department of Botany on August 24 at the college campus. The event brought together the terrarium enthusiasts and nature lovers from around the world, including participants from the Terrarium Global Outreach Programme conducted by the department in 2023-24. Mr. Kiran Kannan and Ms. Lakshmi Ashok Kumar (Citizen Scientists) led a guided nature walk through the campus’s botanical gardens, gave informative talks on conservation, and provided expert guidance for nature studies.
