Human Library Project (HLP)

The Department of Chemistry, in collaboration with the IQAC and the College Library of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla, organized a Human Library Project (HLP) on 6 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Seminar Hall. The session aimed to promote dialogue and understanding through shared life experiences. The event began with a prayer and a welcome address by Dr. Ajesh K. Zachariah, followed by Mr. Arun Cherian Abu’s introduction to the concept of the Human Library. Dr. Josmin P. Jose, HLP Coordinator, introduced the First Book, Rev. Fr. Bobby Jose Kattikadu, whose interaction with the panelists — Dr. Ajesh K. Zachariah, Dr. Josmin P. Jose, Dr. Teena T. Elizabeth, Mr. Arun Cherian Abu, Mr. Bobby, and Ms. Ansu Anna Zachariah — centered on themes of life, philosophy, and personal formation. The audience actively engaged in the discussion, creating an intellectually stimulating and spiritually enriching atmosphere. The programme concluded with remarks by Dr. Sonia Anna Zachariah, IQAC Coordinator, and the entire session was video recorded for archival in the College Library.
