National Science Day 2025 – Pathanamthitta District School Level Celebrations

National Science Day 2025 was celebrated at the Pathanamthitta District level on 18th February 2025 at Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla to commemorate the groundbreaking scientific discoveries and achievements of our nation and also to inspire young minds and foster deeper appreciation for science in them. The School level competitions included painting competition for Upper Primary students and Science Kit making competition for High School students. The event was organized in alignment with the theme “Science for Sustainable Future”.
The programme was presided over by the Principal of the College, Dr. Mathew Varkey T.K. Mr. Renosh Tom Varghese K, Head of the department of Botany welcomed the formal gathering. The convener of the programme, Ms. Reethu Mariah Jacob proposed the vote of thanks. Refreshments were arranged for all the participants.
