The third edition of the Quizzards quiz competition organised by the Library and IQAC was conducted on 24th September 2025 in the college library at 1:00 pm.A total of 7 students participated in the event and the 1st position was secured by Chandana lekshmi and Ajmal of 3rd DC Botany, 2nd position was secured by Padmachandran of 1st MSc Maths and the 3rd position was secured by Aryamol S and Namita T.S 1st DC Chemistry.

Thampy Kurian Endowment Fund- Excellence Award

Mr. Thampy Kurien a former student of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla and a resident of 43 Delaney Street, Stow, Massachusetts 01775 USA endowed a corpus amount Rs. 15,000,00 as gratitude to his alma mater. Endowment has been made with the sole aim of promoting meaningful academic pursuit among students thereby enhancing name and fame of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla among other premier institutions in the country and abroad. Endowment is meant for one student in second or third year of four year UG (Honours) programme or second year of UG degree programme and one student in the second year of any PG programme. The total number of awardees in a year shall be limited to two.
