Republic Day Celebration and Disaster Management Training – NCC

The NCC cadets of Mar Thoma College, Thiruvalla, under the 15 Kerala Battalion NCC, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with a focus on disaster management. The event was held at the Fire and Rescue Station, Thiruvalla, starting at 9:30 AM.
A total of 95 cadets actively participated in the event alongside personnel from the Fire and Rescue Station. The program included a hands-on disaster management training session conducted by the fire station staff. Cadets gained valuable insights into handling emergency situations, firefighting techniques, and rescue operations.
The event successfully combined patriotic celebrations with practical training, fostering both a sense of national pride and preparedness among the cadets.
