Zumba Sessions
The Zumba class held on November 19, 2024, had four participants and was a lively session filled with energy and enthusiasm. The class began with a 10-minute warm-up of light cardio and stretching, followed by a dynamic 30-minute workout incorporating high-energy hip-hop routines. The session concluded with a 10-minute cooldown featuring soothing stretches. Participants enjoyed the motivational atmosphere and suggested incorporating new music genres in future classes. To improve the experience, more hydration breaks can be added during intense segments, and efforts to promote the class further could help increase attendance.
