SWAYAM MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), platform is the World’s Largest Online Free E-Learning Platform Portal designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., Access, Equity, and Quality by covering School/Vocational, Under-Graduate, Post Graduate, Engineering and Other Professional Courses. SWAYAM is India’s national MOOC platform. It offers over 2,150 courses taught by close to 1,300 instructors from over 135 Indian universities.
The college encourages students to participate in these courses along with their regular course of study. Most of the courses are free and therefore students can choose a course of their choice without any hindrance.

Many of our faculty members and students enroll in these courses every year.

The college recently started the MOOC programme in association with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala in Organic Farming. The university now introduced this course in the curriculum of UG courses starts from 2020-21 academic year.
