MTSA Annual Camp

The MTSA Annual Camp for the academic year 2025-2026 was a profound spiritual journey held from January 16 to January 18, 2026, at the serene Thekkady Mar Thoma Meadows in Kumily. Centered on the contemporary and thought-provoking theme “CHAT JPT” (Chat about Jesus Powered Transformation), the event began with a preparatory prayer led by MTSA President Dr. Mathew Varkey T K. The inaugural session opened with a prayer by Prof. Thomas Mathew, followed by a warm welcome from Camp Co-convener Alex Prasad. MTSA Director Dr. Teena T Elizabeth delivered the Presidential address, setting a visionary tone for the days ahead. The event was officially inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by former MTSA member Rev. Bibin Thomas, Director of Snehatheeram Manjalimoodu, who delivered an inspiring inaugural address. The camp
was held from January 16th to 18th.

Thampy Kurian Endowment Fund- Excellence Award

Mr. Thampy Kurien a former student of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla and a resident of 43 Delaney Street, Stow, Massachusetts 01775 USA endowed a corpus amount Rs. 15,000,00 as gratitude to his alma mater. Endowment has been made with the sole aim of promoting meaningful academic pursuit among students thereby enhancing name and fame of Mar Thoma College, Tiruvalla among other premier institutions in the country and abroad. Endowment is meant for one student in second or third year of four year UG (Honours) programme or second year of UG degree programme and one student in the second year of any PG programme. The total number of awardees in a year shall be limited to two.
